• Products and prices are subject to change depending on availability from suppliers; • 50% of the total amount is required 7 working days prior to the actual party date; • Delivery and pick up fees will be charged separately and depends on the distance (R9-00 p/km); • Set up costs will be charged separately as well (R30-00 p/child); • Any damages or losses that may occur will be charged separately and the person responsible will be held accountable; • The 50% for party décor and jumping castle will be kept in case of cancellation to cover the loss of business as a result of reserving the party décor and jumping castle for the specific day; • Any changes to the order has to be communicated 7 days before the party date to accommodate orders placed with suppliers; • Please confirm the availability of your order, before paying the 50% of the quote as it may not be available any more by the time you make the payment (first come first serve basis); • If there is any problems relating to the jumping castle please contact us immediately so that we can sort it out (note: No Refunds or Discounts); • We will not be held responsible for any unforeseen weather conditions or circumstances that may occur (note: No Refunds or Discounts) • Quotes are only valid for 14 days.
